Landhaus mit ehemaligem Musterhof aus etwa 1900. Bewaldetes Anwesen, auf dem sich im Osten ein freistehendes Herrenhaus mit einem Hof und verschiedenen Stallungen befindet. Nummer 59. Landhaus im neovlämisch-renaisanplanetarische Stil, fünf Achsen, Souterrain und eine Etage unter einem geneigten Schieferdach mit Dachgauben. Back- und Sandsteinbau mit markanter Treppe an der Nord- und Südseite sowie umlaufender Kronen- und Zahnschnitt.
