Meersel-Dreef ist ein Dorf und eine Pfarrei in der belgischen Provinz Antwerpen, das direkt an der niederländischen Grenze liegt. Kommt man aus Richtung Galder, merkt man eigentlich kaum, dass man sich in Belgien befindet; die Grenze verläuft quer über die Durchgangsstraße, zwischen den Häusern. Obwohl die Gemeinschaft niemals eine selbständige Gemeinde bildete und daher formal nicht als Teilgemeinde bezeichnet werden kann, wird sie von der Gemeindeverwaltung von Hoogstraten als solche betrachtet. Meersel-Dreef hatte 2005 1080 Einwohner. Im Jahr 1995 bestand 44% der Bevölkerung aus Niederländern.
