Die Teut ist ein Naturschutzgebiet und ein flämisches Naturschutzreservat in der belgischen Gemeinde Zonhoven. Das Naturschutzgebiet liegt südlich der E314 und bildet eine Einheit mit dem Naturschutzgebiet Tenhaagdoornheide in Houthalen-Helchteren, das nördlich der Autobahn liegt. Zusammen bilden sie ein Heidegebiet von etwa 2000 Hektar, das größte in Mittel-Limburg. Auch die Molenheide gehört seit 2006 zur Teut.
