Dürrenroth ist eine politische Gemeinde im Verwaltungskreis Emmental des Kantons Bern in der Schweiz.
Die Gemeinde Dürrenroth liegt im Tal des Rotbachs, der dem Dorf auch einen Teil des Namens gegeben hat. Das eigentliche Dorf liegt auf der südlichen Talterrasse. Die drei Weiler Hubberg, Hubbergschachen und Gassen liegen dagegen auf der Nordseite des Tälchens. Wiederum auf der Südseite liegt der Weiler Waltrigen. Zur Gemeinde gehören ferner etliche Einzelhöfe. Das Gemeindegebiet hat eine Fläche von gut 14 Quadratkilometern, auf dem gut 1000 Personen wohnen.
