Rülzheim ist eine Ortsgemeinde im Landkreis Germersheim in Rheinland-Pfalz. Sie ist Verwaltungssitz der Verbandsgemeinde Rülzheim, der sie zusätzlich angehört.
Der Ort liegt im südpfälzischen Teil der Oberrheinischen Tiefebene, im Dreieck zwischen Germersheim, Wörth am Rhein und Landau in der Pfalz. Im Süden streift der kurz zuvor aufgestaute Rottenbach das Ortsgebiet. Im Südwesten wird Rülzheim von einem ausgedehnten Wald begrenzt. Im Norden der Gemarkung befindet sich eine große landwirtschaftlich genutzte Ebene, die sich in nordwestlicher Richtung bis nach Landau erstreckt. Durch Rülzheim fließt der aus dem Pfälzerwald kommende Klingbach, der über den Michelsbach in den nahe gelegenen Rhein mündet.
