Die Gemeinde Siegbach liegt im Gladenbacher Bergland im Tal des namengebenden Siegbachs, der ganz nahe auf der Ostseite der Angelburg entspringt, die Gemeindeteile nacheinander in Nord-Süd-Richtung durchfließt und schließlich bei Bischoffen in die Aar mündet.
Mehr als die Hälfte der Gemeindefläche ist bewaldet. Die höchste Erhebung im Gemeindegebiet ist der Schmittgrund mit 590 m ü. NN, der nach der Angelburg zweithöchste Berg im Gladenbacher Bergland.
