Müllrose ist eine amtsangehörige Stadt im Landkreis Oder-Spree im Bundesland Brandenburg . Sie ist Sitz des Amtes Schlaubetal.
Müllrose befindet sich am nördlichen Ende des Schlaubetals, einer eiszeitlich entstandenen Schmelzwasserrinne. Der Ort liegt zwischen dem Kleinen und Großen Müllroser See. Die Schlaube mündet hier in den Kleinen Müllroser See. Müllrose gilt als „Tor zum Schlaubetal“ wegen des benachbarten Naturparks Schlaubetal mit seinen Naturschutzgebieten, in denen vielfältige sowie seltene Arten der Flora und Fauna vorkommen.
