Guntersblum ist eine knapp 4000 Einwohner zählende Ortsgemeinde im Rhein-Main-Gebiet im Landkreis Mainz-Bingen in Rheinland-Pfalz. Sie war von 1972 bis 2014 Verwaltungssitz der Verbandsgemeinde Guntersblum, der sie auch angehörte. Seit dem 1. Juli 2014 gehört Guntersblum der Verbandsgemeinde Rhein-Selz an, die ihren Verwaltungssitz in Oppenheim hat. In Guntersblum befindet sich eine Verwaltungsstelle der Verbandsgemeinde Rhein-Selz. Guntersblum ist gemäß Landesplanung als Grundzentrum ausgewiesen.
