Oberkrämer ist eine amtsfreie Gemeinde im Landkreis Oberhavel . Sie entstand 1998 durch den Zusammenschluss von zunächst drei Gemeinden. Weitere vier Gemeinden schlossen sich 2001 an. Der Name ist vom angrenzenden Waldgebiet Krämer abgeleitet.
Die Gemeinde Oberkrämer liegt im äußersten Südwesten des Landkreises Oberhavel, mitten im Havelländischen Luch, etwa zehn Kilometer nordwestlich der Berliner Stadtgrenze. Zwischen den Ortsteilen Vehlefanz, Schwante und Neu-Vehlefanz liegt der Mühlensee.
