Dietkirchen an der Lahn ist ein Stadtteil der Kreisstadt Limburg an der Lahn des mittelhessischen Landkreises Limburg-Weilburg. Der Ort, in der Mundart der Region auch „Dickerisch“ genannt, wird beherrscht von der Lubentius-Basilika, dem im frühen Mittelalter bedeutendsten Kirchenbauwerk der Region.
