Das Ruhrstadion , ehemals Stadion an der Castroper Straße, ist das städtische Fußballstadion der westfälischen Großstadt Bochum. Es ist die Heimspielstätte des Fußballvereins VfL Bochum. Das „reine“ Fußballstadion liegt im Stadtteil Grumme an der Castroper Straße unmittelbar nordöstlich der Innenstadt. Der VfL und seine Vorgängervereine spielen an diesem Ort bereits seit 1911 Fußball. Der VfL Bochum verfügt damit über eine der traditionsreichsten Wettkampfstätten im deutschen Profifußball.
