Berchtesgaden Hauptbahnhof ist der Endbahnhof der Bahnstrecke Freilassing–Berchtesgaden im bayerischen Markt Berchtesgaden. Berchtesgaden ist damit die kleinste Gemeinde in Deutschland mit einem Hauptbahnhof. Der Bahnhof ist mit Busverbindungen in alle Gemeinden der zentrale Verkehrsknotenpunkt des Berchtesgadener Talkessels. Er gehört zur Bahnhofskategorie 5 der DB Station&Service. Das Gebäude befindet sich heute in Privatbesitz.
Bis 1938 führte eine Verbindung weiter über Marktschellenberg zum Salzburger Lokalbahnhof . Auf dieser Gemeinschaftslinie verkehrten grenzüberschreitend die bayerische Grüne Elektrische und die Salzburger Rote Elektrische. Fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof befand sich bis 1965 mit dem Königsseer Bahnhof der Ausgangspunkt für die Königsseebahn nach Königssee.
