Bahnhof Berlin-Johannisthal ist ein Haltepunkt der S-Bahn Berlin im Berliner Ortsteil Johannisthal im Bezirk Treptow-Köpenick. Er ist Zugangsbahnhof zur Hauptwerkstatt Berlin-Schöneweide der S-Bahn. Erst nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wurde er auch für den öffentlichen Personenverkehr freigegeben. Er wird von fünf S-Bahn-Linien bedient.
Der Bahnhof wurde mit dem Fahrplanwechsel am 13. Dezember 2020 von Berlin-Schöneweide Betriebsbahnhof in Berlin-Johannisthal umbenannt.
