Das Lager Elsterhorst befand sich in Elsterhorst in der heutigen Gemeinde Elsterheide bei Hoyerswerda im damaligen Regierungsbezirk Liegnitz, Provinz Niederschlesien.
Das 1938/39 errichtete Lager diente der deutschen Wehrmacht zunächst als Stammlager überwiegend für polnische und tschechische Kriegsgefangene und anschließend als Offizierslager für überwiegend französische Kriegsgefangene.
