Die Kahl ist ein Fluss im Landkreis Aschaffenburg in Bayern und im Main-Kinzig-Kreis in Hessen. Sie fließt von Ost nach West durch den nördlichen Spessart und mündet bei Kahl am Main als rechter Nebenfluss in den Main. Die Quelle der Kahl liegt in der Nähe des Ortes Bamberger Mühle. Der Fluss gab dem Kahlgrund seinen Namen.
