Das Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau oder kurz Hospital de Sant Pau ist ein Klinikkomplex im katalanischen Jugendstil in Barcelona in Spanien.
Der katalanische Bankier Pau Gil verfügte in seinem Testament den Bau eines Krankenhauses. Mit diesen Mitteln wurde das Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau von 1902 bis 1911 vom katalanischen Architekten Lluís Domènech i Montaner entlang der Avinguda Sant Antoni Maria Claret errichtet. Domenèch bettete 48 voneinander unabhängige Pavillons, die für die verschiedenen medizinischen Abteilungen benötigt wurden, in eine weitläufige Gartenanlage ein. Die Verbindungsgänge sind wie alle anderen technischen Einrichtungen unter der Erde verlegt. Verschiedene Skulpturen an der Fassade und im Innenbereich wurden von dem Bildhauer Pablo Gargallo gestaltet.
