Der Parc Natural del Montseny ist ein von der UNESCO als wertvoll ausgewiesenes Biosphärenreservat, das zum Schutz der Biodiversität dient. Er fällt größtenteils mit der geologischen Einheit des Massivs von Montseny zusammen. Dieses Massiv umfasst auch die höchsten Berge südlich der Pyrenäen. Der höchste Gipfel ist der Turo de l'Home (1712 m).
