La Boissière-en-Gâtine wird umgeben von den Nachbargemeinden Allonne im Norden, Saint-Pardoux-Soutiers im Osten und Nordosten, Saint-Marc-la-Lande im Süden und Südosten, Cours im Süden und Südwesten sowie Les Groseillers im Westen und Südwesten.
