Saint-Jean-de-Gonville ist eine französische Gemeinde im Département Ain in der Region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.Saint-Jean-de-Gonville liegt auf 510 m, etwa 15 Kilometer westlich der Stadt Genf . Das ehemalige Bauerndorf erstreckt sich im Pays de Gex an aussichtsreicher erhöhter Lage am Fuß des Juras unterhalb des Reculet, am westlichen Rand des Genfer Beckens nahe der Staatsgrenze zur Schweiz.
