Auxon-Dessous ist eine Ortschaft und eine Commune déléguée in der französischen Gemeinde Les Auxons mit 1.369 Einwohnern im Département Doubs in der Region Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Auxon-Dessous liegt auf 230 m, etwa 9 km nordwestlich der Präfektur Besançon und 69 km östlich der Stadt Dijon . Die Fläche des 6,28 km2 großen Gebiets der ehemaligen Gemeinde umfasst beide Seiten eines kleinen Tales, das vom Bach Ruisseau d’Auxon in den Ognon nach Norden entwässert wird. Außerhalb der bebauten Siedlung wird der Gemeindeboden landwirtschaftlich genutzt und ist im Norden und Westen von Wäldern bedeckt .
