Die Einwohner werden Pleslinois bzw. Trigavouais genannt.Pleslin-Trigavou liegt am Fluss Frémur. Nachbargemeinden sind Tréméreuc im Norden, Pleurtuit im Nordosten, Plouër-sur-Rance im Osten, Taden im Süden, Languenan im Westen und Südwesten sowie Beaussais-sur-Mer mit Ploubalay im Nordwesten.
