Struth ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 233 Einwohnern im Kanton Ingwiller im Département Bas-Rhin in der Region Grand Est . Die Gemeinde ist am Biosphärenreservat Pfälzerwald-Vosges du Nord beteiligt.
Das Dorf liegt an der Westflanke der Vogesen zwischen Straßburg und der deutschen Stadt Saarbrücken . Das nächstgelegene Nachbardorf ist Tieffenbach im Norden und ist an die Departementsstraße D 919 angeschlossen. Außerdem grenzt Struth im Nordosten an Frohmuhl und Hinsbourg, im Südosten an La Petite-Pierre, im Süden an Petersbach und Südwesten an Asswiller.
