Fondettes ist eine französische Kleinstadt mit 10.301 Einwohnern im Département Indre-et-Loire in der Region Centre-Val de Loire.Fondettes liegt sieben Kilometer nordwestlich von Tours. Das Gemeindegebiet umfasst 3183 Hektar, die mittlere Höhe beträgt 71 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel, die Mairie steht auf einer Höhe von 91 Metern. Die Loire und die Choisille, ein Nebenfluss der Loire, fließen durch das Gemeindegebiet.
