Lestrem ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 4728 Einwohnern im Département Pas-de-Calais in der Region Hauts-de-France. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Béthune und zum Kanton Lillers. Lestrem liegt zwischen den historischen Regionen Artois und Flandern an der Grenze zum Département Nord. Durch die Gemeinde fließt der Fluss Lawe. Umgeben wird Lestrem von den Nachbargemeinden Merville im Norden und Nordwesten, La Gorgue im Nordosten und Osten, Richebourg und Vieille-Chapelle im Südosten, La Couture im Süden, Locon und Hinges im Südwesten sowie Calonne-sur-la-Lys im Westen.Im Gemeindegebiet liegt der größte Teil des Flugplatzes Merville-Calonne.
