Saint-Claude ist eine Stadt und eine französische Gemeinde im Département Jura in der Region Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Sie ist Hauptort des Arrondissements Saint-Claude und des Kantons Saint-Claude.
Saint-Claude bildete mit seinem im 5. Jahrhundert gegründeten Kloster von Condat das religiöse Zentrum des Hochjuras. Heute wird das wirtschaftliche Leben der Stadt durch die Herstellung von Tabakspfeifen, die Diamantschleiferei und die Kunststoffindustrie geprägt.
