Saint-Benoît-des-Ondes ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 975 Einwohnern im Département Ille-et-Vilaine in der Region Bretagne. Saint-Benoît-des-Ondes gehört zum Arrondissement Saint-Malo und zum Kanton Dol-de-Bretagne . Die Einwohner werden Bénedictins genannt.Saint-Benoît-des-Ondes liegt etwa 12 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Saint-Malo und etwa 58 Kilometern nordnordwestlich von Rennes an der Atlantikküste bzw. am Golf von Saint-Malo. Durch die Gemeinde fließt der Biez Jean. Umgeben wird Saint-Benoît-des-Ondes von den Nachbargemeinden Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes im Norden und Nordwesten, Hirel im Osten und Südosten, La Fresnais im Süden und Südosten sowie La Gouesnière im Westen und Südwesten.
