Umgeben wird Vivy von den Nachbargemeinden Blou im Norden, Neuillé im Norden und Nordosten, Allonnes im Osten und Südosten, Saint-Lambert-des-Levées im Süden, Gennes-Val-de-Loire im Westen sowie Longué-Jumelles im Nordwesten.
