Fajoles ist ein südfranzösischer Ort und eine Gemeinde mit 300 Einwohnern im Département Lot im Norden der Region Okzitanien.Der Ort Fajoles liegt etwa zwei Kilometer von dem Nordufer des Flusses Lot entfernt in einer Höhe von ca. 175 Metern ü. d. M. in der alten Kulturlandschaft des Quercy etwa 56 Kilometer nördlich von Cahors. Der mittelalterliche Pilgerort Rocamadour befindet sich etwa 30 Kilometer östlich; der ehemals bedeutende Ort Souillac mit seiner außergewöhnlichen Abteikirche liegt etwa 17 Kilometer nordöstlich.
