Cuincy ist eine nordfranzösische Gemeinde mit 6400 Einwohnern im Département Nord, in der Region Hauts-de-France und gehört zum Arrondissement Douai und zum Kanton Douai. Die Einwohner werden Cuincynois genannt.Umgeben wird Cuincy von den Nachbargemeinden Lauwin-Plaque im Norden, Flers-en-Escrebieux im Nordosten, Douai im Osten, Férin im Südosten, Lambres-lez-Douai im Süden, Brebières im Südwesten, Quiéry-la-Motte im Westen und Esquerchin im Nordwesten. Durch die Gemeinde fließt der Bach Escrebieux, ein Zufluss der Scarpe.
