La Tessoualle ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 3.189 Einwohnern im Département Maine-et-Loire in der Region Pays de la Loire. Die Gemeinde gehört zum Arrondissement Cholet und zum Kanton Cholet-2. Die Einwohner werden Tessouallais genannt.La Tessoualle liegt etwa sechs Kilometer südsüdöstlich von Cholet in der Mauges. Der Moine durchfließt die Gemeinde und wird hier zum Lac du Verdon aufgestaut. Umgeben wird La Tessoualle von den Nachbargemeinden Cholet im Norden und Westen, Maulévrier im Osten, Saint-Pierre-des-Échaubrognes im Südosten sowie Mauléon im Süden und Südosten.
