Saint-Quentin-sur-le-Homme ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 1.345 Einwohnern im Département Manche in der Region Normandie. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Avranches und zum Kanton Pontorson.Die Gemeinde liegt rund fünf Kilometer südöstlich von Avranches und grenzt im Südwesten des Gemeindegebietes an die Bucht von Mont-Saint-Michel. Nachbargemeinden von Saint-Quentin-sur-le-Homme sind Saint-Loup im Norden, Saint-Ovin und Marcilly im Nordosten, Ducey-Les Chéris im Südosten, Poilley, Pontaubault im Südwesten, Le Val-Saint-Père im Westen sowie Saint-Martin-des-Champs im Nordwesten.
