Gray ist eine französische Gemeinde im Département Haute-Saône, in der Region Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
Gray befindet sich in der südwestlichen Ecke des Départements Haute-Saône, knapp an der Grenze der ehemaligen Regionen Franche-Comté und Burgund . Die Stadt liegt am kanalisierten Fluss Saône, der in Verbindung mit der Rhone und dem Canal des Vosges eine schiffbare Verbindung aus dem Nordosten Frankreichs mit dem Mittelmeer herstellt.
