Umgeben wird Boissy-le-Sec von den Nachbargemeinden Sermaise im Norden, Villeconin im Osten und Nordosten, Brières-les-Scellés im Südosten, Étampes im Süden und Südosten, Boutervilliers im Südwesten, La Forêt-le-Roi im Westen sowie Roinville im Nordwesten.
