Der Col des Champs ist ein Gebirgspass auf 2.045 m Seehöhe an der Grenze der Departements Alpes-de-Haute-Provence und Alpes-Maritimes ( Frankreich ), während die Straße eine Höhe von 2.089 m 2 aufweist .
Der Pass befindet sich am Rande der zentralen Zone des Mercantour-Nationalparks .
Bis 1860 liegt es an der Grenze zwischen Frankreich und Savoyen , dann dem Königreich Piemont-Sardinien (eine Markierung wird 1823 gelegt ).
