Caëstre ist eine französische Stadt im Département Nord in der Region Hauts-de-France im historischen westflämischen Sprachgebiet Französisch-Flanderns. Caëstre hat 2.019 Einwohner , die Caestrois genannt werden, und gehört zum Kanton Bailleul im Arrondissement Dunkerque.Caëstre liegt etwa 57 Kilometer südöstlich von Calais und etwa 34 Kilometer südsüdöstlich von Dünkirchen. Umgeben wird Caëstre von den Nachbargemeinden Eecke im Norden, Flêtre im Osten, Pradelles und Borre im Süden, Hazebrouck im Südwesten, Hondeghem im Westen sowie Saint-Sylvestre-Cappel im Westen.
