Dourges ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 5928 Einwohnern im Département Pas-de-Calais in der Region Nord-Pas-de-Calais. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Lens und zum Kanton Hénin-Beaumont-1. Die Einwohner werden Dourgeois genannt.Die kanalisierte Deûle, hier Teil des Großschifffahrtsweges Dünkirchen-Schelde, verläuft mitten durch die Gemeinde. Umgeben wird Dourges von den Nachbargemeinden Oignies im Norden, Ostricourt im Nordosten, Évin-Malmaison im Osten, Noyelles-Godault im Süden und Südosten, Hénin-Beaumont im Südwesten und Carvin im Westen. Ortsteile der Gemeinde sind unter anderem Bourcheuil, Harponlieu und Wavrechin.
