Bois-d’Amont ist eine Gemeinde im französischen Département Jura in der Region Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.Bois-d’Amont liegt auf 1076 m, zehn Kilometer östlich von Morez und etwa 38 km nördlich der Stadt Genf . Das Dorf erstreckt sich im Jura, im Tal der Orbe beidseits des Flusses, zwischen den Waldhöhen des Risoux im Nordwesten und des Mont Pelé im Südosten, nordöstlich des Lac des Rousses, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Grenze der Schweiz. Bois-d’Amont ist die östlichste Gemeinde des Départements Jura.
