Beaumont-de-Pertuis ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 1134 Einwohnern im Département Vaucluse in der Region Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. Sie gehört zum Kanton Pertuis im Arrondissement Apt.Beaumont-de-Pertuis ist die östlichste Gemeinde des Départements Vaucluse. Sie liegt etwa 13 Kilometer südwestlich von Manosque und 15 Kilometer nordöstlich von Pertuis. Nachbargemeinden in Vaucluse sind La Bastide-des-Jourdans im Nordwesten, Grambois im Westen und Mirabeau im Südwesten. Die Durance im Südosten bildet die natürliche Grenze zu Saint-Paul-lès-Durance im Département Bouches-du-Rhône und Vinon-sur-Verdon im Département Var. Im Nordosten und Norden liegen die Gemeinden Corbières-en-Provence und Pierrevert des Départements Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
