Die Nachbargemeinden von Montreuil-en-Touraine sind Neuillé-le-Lierre im Norden und Nordwesten, Autrèche im Nordosten, Saint-Ouen-les-Vignes im Osten und Südosten, Pocé-sur-Cisse im Südosten, Nazelles-Négron im Süden sowie Reugny im Westen.
