Gronard ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 71 Einwohnern im Département Aisne in der Region Hauts-de-France. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Vervins, zum Kanton Vervins und zum Gemeindeverband Thiérache du Centre.Die Gemeinde liegt auf einer Hochebene in der Thiérache 37 Kilometer nordöstlich von Laon und rund sechs Kilometer südlich vom Kantonshauptort Vervins entfernt. Umgeben wird Gronard von den Nachbargemeinden Gercy im Nordwesten und Norden, Hary im Nordosten und Osten, Burelles im Südosten, Prisces im Süden, Houry im Südwesten sowie von der im Kanton Marle gelegenen Gemeinde Saint-Gobert im Westen.
