Grilly ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 839 Einwohnern im Département Ain in der Region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Sie gehört zum Kanton Gex im Arrondissement Gex und ist Mitglied im Gemeindeverband Pays de Gex Agglo.Grilly liegt auf 513 m, vier Kilometer östlich von Gex und etwa 14 km nördlich der Stadt Genf . Das ehemalige Bauerndorf erstreckt sich im Pays de Gex an aussichtsreicher erhöhter Lage auf einem Plateau am Südfuß des Mont Mourex , am nördlichen Rand des Genfer Beckens, nahe der Staatsgrenze zur Schweiz.
