Umgeben wird Fossoy von den Nachbargemeinden Mont-Saint-Père im Norden, Mézy-Moulins im Nordosten, Crézancy im Osten, Saint-Eugène im Südosten, Blesmes im Süden und Südwesten sowie Gland im Westen.
