Umgeben wird Juniville von den Nachbargemeinden Perthes im Nordwesten und Norden, Annelles im Norden und Nordosten, Bignicourt im Osten, La Neuville-en-Tourne-à-Fuy im Süden, Aussonce im Südwesten, Ménil-Lépinois im Südwesten und Westen sowie Alincourt im Westen.
