Le Mée-sur-Seine ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 20.917 Einwohnern im Département Seine-et-Marne in der Region Île-de-France. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Melun und war bis zu dessen Auflösung der Hauptort des Kantons Le Mée-sur-Seine, seither gehört sie zum Kanton Savigny-le-Temple.Le Mée-sur-Seine liegt etwa zweieinhalb Kilometer westnordwestlich von Melun an der Seine. Auf dem gegenüberliegenden Seineufer, im Süden, liegt die Gemeinde Dammarie-les-Lys. Im Nordwesten befindet sich Vert-Saint-Denis. Im Westen liegt Boissise-le-Bertrand und im Südwesten Boissettes. Paris liegt 41 Kilometer nordnordwestlich von Le Mée-sur-Seine.
