Dieses runde Gebäude stammt aus dem 19. Jahrhundert (1806-1819) und hat eine Eisen- und Glaskuppel. Die Pläne wurden von Jacques Mercier erstellt. Der Bau begann 1806 und 1812 wurde es von den Getreidehändlern zu kommerziellen Zwecken in Gebrauch genommen. Es gab 32 Ställe und Räume. Im 19. Jahrhundert wurde das Gebäude von einem schweren Sturm und einem Brand heimgesucht. Während des Ersten Weltkriegs diente das Gebäude als Lazarett. 1992 begann man mit der Restaurierung der Hallen. Das Gebäude dient heute für Ausstellungen aller Art.
