Das Schloss Saint Brisson sur Loire ist eine mittelalterliche Festung, die 9 km von Gien und 6 km von der Kanalbrücke von Briare entfernt liegt. Im 16. Jahrhundert wurde es von der Familie Séguier, die unter Ludwig XIV. die französische Akademie gründete, in einen komfortablen Wohnsitz umgewandelt.
