Die Mühle, im Herzen des Dorfes am Fluss Landion gelegen, wird von einem Mühlteich gespeist, der wiederum vom Fluss und dem Saint-Georges-Brunnen gespeist wird. Sie wurde 1815 erbaut und war bis 1957 in Betrieb. Die Mühle ist eine Doppelmühle: Ein Teil produzierte Öle (Raps, Walnuss, Mohn) mit zwei gekreuzten Mühlsteinen; der andere Teil produzierte Mehle (Weizen, Gerste, Hafer und Roggen) mit zwei übereinanderliegenden Mühlsteinen. Die Mühle ist Teil des reichen Kulturerbes von Etourvy und wird heute vom Verein „Patrimoine Saint Georges“ gefördert. Sie kann nach Vereinbarung (ganzjährig, mindestens 10 Personen) besichtigt werden und wird nicht zur Mehl- oder Ölproduktion genutzt. Kontakt: Domaine Saint Georges.
