Der Kanton Guînes war bis 2015 ein französischer Kanton im Arrondissement Calais, im Département Pas-de-Calais und in der damaligen Region Nord-Pas-de-Calais; sein Hauptort befand sich in Guînes. Vertreter im Generalrat des Départements war von 1994 bis 2015 Hervé Poher.
Der Kanton Guînes war seinerzeit 147,81 km² groß und hatte im Jahr 1999 14.577 Einwohner. Er lag im Mittel 59 Meter über Normalnull, zwischen 0 Meter in Guînes und 199 Meter in Herbinghen.
