Sie können die kulinarischen Spezialitäten des Ossautals genießen: Garbure, zahlreiche handwerklich hergestellte Wurstwaren und nicht zu vergessen den von den örtlichen Schäfern hergestellten Schafskäse. Schließlich können Sie die Traditionen der Hirten (die Transhumanz und die Käsemesse) und die folkloristischen Feste kennenlernen, die den Rhythmus des Lebens der Ossalois bestimmen.
