Die verschiedenen Bereiche des Wassersportzentrums im Herzen der Domaine du Loret sind um das Kartäuserkloster aus dem 18. Jahrhundert und ein modernes Gebäude herum angeordnet, die durch eine verglaste Halle mit viel Tageslicht miteinander verbunden sind.
Das Becken ist in zwei Bereiche gegliedert:
- der erste ist den Sportarten gewidmet, u. a. mit einem 375 m² großen Becken mit 6 Schwimmbahnen.
- der zweite Bereich ist eher auf Freizeitaktivitäten im Wasser ausgerichtet und umfasst ein Lehrbecken, ein Whirlpool-Becken, Massagebänke, Wasserspiele und ein Planschbecken.
Ein Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Hammam, Kräutertee, Entspannungsbereich und Solarium rundet das Angebot des Wasserkomplexes ab.
